Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, with late check-out available for a fee based on availability. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit cards. Cash payments are accepted at check-out. All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. 

Yes, we welcome pets for a nightly fee of $30. Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier outside the room and should not disturb other guests. In honor of your furry family member we donate a portion of all pet fees to local animal shelters.  

Yes, complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the property, including guest rooms and public areas. 

Guests enjoy access to our indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, business center, and seasonal private beach on the Lake. Golf, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing are also available at the historic Lake Placid Club. 

Smoking is prohibited indoors and permitted only in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations. 

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in, with a valid government-issued photo ID required at arrival.

Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or common areas. Repair or replacement costs may apply. 

Your personal information is used to process reservations, enhance your stay, and occasionally provide special promotions. We do not sell your information to third parties. 

Lake Placid Club Grandview is not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
